As a ministry of First Baptist Church of Mount Dora, it is our mission to love middle and high school students where they are and lead them to a life with Jesus. Our vision is to see students grow in wisdom, stature, in favor with God and favor with man, just like Jesus did when He was a teenager (Luke 2:52)! Our various programs and activities are designed to see this vision and mission come to life.

God created you on purpose, for a purpose. All people were created first to know and worship God, but He has also given each of us gifts and talents that relate to our specific calling in life. We want to help you discover what that looks like for you!

Reach Your God-Given Potential

We don't just want to inform you, but we want to equip you. Once you begin a relationship with Jesus and discover His plans for your life, we want to give you everything you need to grow into who you were created to be. Our students live this out on the student leadership team, worship team, and more!

What to Expect

We meet Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM. Read below to find out what a typical night looks like at MDY.

Hang Time

You can head over right after school to hang with us! We have a variety of activities for you and your friends to enjoy! (Nintendo Switch, ping pong, basketball, gaga ball, volleyball, free pizza & our $1 cafe, and more!)

Worship Service | 6:30 PM

Sing along to live music by our student-led worship team and be encouraged by a word from our Youth Pastor that's straight from the Bible and provides you with practical knowledge, real-life application, life skills, and the chance to grow spiritually.

Small Groups | 7:30 PM

Small groups are your chance to break down & understand the message with people your age who understand just what you're going through. You also have the opportunity to be mentored and discipled by our awesome adult leaders each week!
