The greatest joy of my life is to connect with others by serving and sharing the Gospel. For the past two years, I have served as a youth pastor in Jackson, Alabama. My passion is to help young people come to a life-saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, learn how God has designed them to serve Him, and help connect them to a greater community of believers. I was called to youth ministry at the age of 16 while at church camp, which goes to show just how foundational it is for teenagers to be discipled intentionally.

I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Practical Ministries at Southeastern University in 2020. This is where I met my wife and ministry partner, Abby. With specific callings to youth ministry and complimentary spiritual gifts, it is our privilege to work together to reach, teach, equip, and disciple the next generation.

In my free time, I love to read, try out new recipes, and be outdoors. Sports have always been a large part of my life from baseball, to golf, to ping pong (yes, that is a serious sport), to shooting hoops. Here in Mount Dora, we are so excited to join the Lord in His plan to lead students into a lifesaving relationship with Jesus Christ and give them the practical tools they need to grow in that relationship and share their faith with those around them. Our desire is to help strengthen and unify families by supporting and equipping parents as the primary disciple makers of their children.

Here at First Baptist Mount Dora, your student will have a safe and loving place to belong and to grow into all that God has created them to be. We hope you and your family will join us as a part of First Baptist Mount Dora.

Welcome Home!
